Pack Universe Return & Refund Policy
General Return Guidelines:
Pack Universe serves professional builders, developers, and global industrial clients, our return policy is designed to account for the specialized nature of large-scale logistics and custom-engineered solutions.
Notification Period:
Any discrepancies, damages, or requests for returns must be reported within 15 business days of delivery. Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a return, materials must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Custom & Engineered Solutions:
A significant portion of our work involves custom design concepts and bespoke packaging for brands like BMW and GM.
Custom Orders:
Materials solutions that have been custom-manufactured to specific client dimensions, branding, or technical specifications are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the agreed-upon performance standards or arrive damaged.
Prototyping:
Costs associated with initial design concepts and prototyping are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Materials:
We stand by the durability of our products. If a shipment does not meet the “Pack Universe Standard”:
Inspection:
Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival. If damage is found, please document it on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Replacement:
Pack Universe will prioritize the rapid logistics and replacement of any defective materials to ensure your project timeline remains unaffected.
Shipping & Restocking:
Restocking Fee:
Returns on standard, non-custom stock items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover logistics and handling costs.
Freight:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is a result of a Pack Universe error or a verified product defect.
